One of Sara’s most meaningful milestones has been the opportunity to design and launch The Sara Dress with Reformation.

What began as a consulting role with a brand she long admired evolved into something deeply personal: the Sara Dress. After months of collaboration, creative development, and refining every detail, the dress came to life - and with it, a full-circle moment in her professional journey.

She relied on a mix of instinct, in-depth research, and the experience she built over years as a buyer, where reviewing collections and offering feedback became second nature. Stepping into the design process felt like a natural next step - yet still brought entirely new challenges and rewards.
